TPC Trikes - Testimonials

My name is Glen Austin, I am from Newcastle Australia.

I am currently the only TPC owner in Australia, which is a pity as they are such a good package. I am trying to talk my Brother in Law into building a TPC. I have been riding trikes now on and off since I was about 14 years old (some 36 Years ago). Back in 2009 I restored a 1984 ATC250R, but after hearing rumors of the TPC I carried out some research and found they were close to manufacture. This was verified for me by a mutual friend of Bill’s and myself by the name of Aussieduner (Tony Hobson of Australain ATV Action) on his visit to the USA. I then made the decision to sell the restored trike and build a TPC.
After placing the order, the frame arrived in August of 2011. My TPC was finished with a number of aftermarket parts from Lonestar, PRM –ATV, Elka, Maier and finished off with graphics from FTR. I have not had a chance to ride it on trails as yet, but am enjoying riding the TPC at our local sand dunes.
With the never seen before suspension travel on a trike, this trike gives the rider great confidence to try many things that I have never or would ever attempt on a vintage trike. I have trouble keeping my youngest son off it as he likes the power of the Honda water cooled 450. I have looked at some other conversions and in my opinion they appear somewhat agricultural looking. I am sure that this is how Honda themselves would have built a modern trike and Bill has done a great job in making all of the parts from the TRX450 fit, including the electrical items where they can not be damaged.
I am sure Bill is continuously striving to improve this great product and if you are considering building one, I assure you go ahead, they are a great machine.
