A.The one thing we cannot stress enough is that a custom build requires cooperation from both parties. As such, down payments, as well as, future payments must be made "On Time". If you are late with your payment, then that will cause delays with your build.  Also, we realize that life happens, however if for any reason you need to put your project on hold, that too will cause delays.

Please note that we have a very tight schedule, and as such, if you cause delays in your project due to late payments or project holds, any and all project timeframe's we agreed upon are canceled. When and if we receive your payment, or your "go ahead" to continue your project, we cannot stop our current schedule and restart your project. Your project will be fit in a new timeframe as our schedule permits.
