After back to back rides with the TPC and my ATC 250R the 250R feels like a sherman tank...
...I have a nice 85 250r with
a CT 310 kit race ported, top end piped, 39 mm carb, 200 psi compression, and FMF ram valve. Noleen valved the suspension on
both ends to my weight and riding style. The 250r hauls ass and handles well, but the handling and suspension on the TPC are so much
better, they are not even in the same league. I'm running all stock suspension on my TPC. Even the short stock swing arm! If you are
trying to compare 250r suspension to the TPC, I would best describe it as a shopping cart, (the 250r) vs Robby Gordon's desert
race truck (the TPC). Yes, the TPC is that much better! I'm going to sell my prized 250r when Bill finishes the TPC500.
